Frequently asked

Can samples be provided?+

Once the NCNDA is signed, a sealed sample from the offered lot can be sent. The sample analysis is compared with the shipment analysis.

Who carries out the analysis?+

At the loading port, an independent inspection company agreed by the parties determines quantity and quality; the report is added to the L/C documents.

How is quantity determined?+

Quantity and delivery schedule are defined in the seller's written offer according to the buyer's request and delivery form; regular purchases are planned under a term contract with letters of credit.

Why does the harvest year matter?+

Olive oil quality values change over time. The harvest-year declaration and analysis date let the buyer plan shelf life and product grade accurately.
