In wheat, corn, barley and red lentils, we connect supply networks in Europe and Latin America to buyers in Türkiye and MENA. Every lot is weighed and analysed under independent inspection at the loading port; goods and payment never move without bank confirmation.
The following are typical offer parameters; the exact values for each lot are stated in the seller's written offer and the loading inspection report.
Bulk carrier; discharge rate and port conditions are defined in the contract.
Bulk or bagged in 20′/40′ containers; for routes with limited port capacity.
25/50 kg PP bags or big-bags; for retail and regional distribution.
Documents as stipulated in the L/C terms; the list is completed according to the buyer country's phytosanitary and import regulations.
Where the parties agree, GAFTA standard contract forms are used; otherwise the contract is drafted separately under English Law and ICC Paris arbitration.
Once the NCNDA is signed, a sealed sample from the offered lot can be sent. The sample analysis is compared with the loading inspection report.
It is mandatory for many destination countries. Fumigation is carried out after loading by a licensed company, and its certificate is added to the document set.
Quantity and delivery schedule are defined in the seller's written offer according to the buyer's request and mode of transport; regular purchases are planned under a term contract with letters of credit.
